Want a FUN way to stay active between lessons or would you like to try a new sport? Just turn up and play, there is no costs or commitments. Open to all students and to all abilities. All sessions are inclusive, sessions can be adapted to become accessible for any disabilities and allow everyone to get involved.

Wellbeing Walks

Getting out into the fresh air can do wonders for your mental wellbeing. It improves self-perception and self-esteem, mood and sleep quality, and it reduces stress, anxiety and fatigue. We have mapped out three fantastic walk/wheelchair routes that all start at the college, are all on tarmac and are really easy to follow.
