Components of Fitness

People think of fitness as different things. We may see fitness in people that can run a marathon, lift 100kg weights or are slim and toned. Fitness is:

The ability to meet the demands of your environment. It relates to the optimal quality of life and includes social, psychological, emotional and physical well-being.
