Aerobic Endurance

Aerobic endurance is a physical-related aspect of fitness, also known as stamina or cardio respiratory endurance.

AEROBIC ENDURANCE:

Is the ability of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to supply the exercising muscles with oxygen to maintain the exercise

    Aerobic endurance is important for activity of daily living, including walking or gardening. It is also important for leisure activities and sport. There are a number of sports which rely almost continuously, on aerobic endurance. These include:

    • Marathon Running
    • Distance Swimming
    • Tour De France
