Flexibility

Flexibility is a physical-related aspect of fitness which is important for all sports and health, an example in sport being gymnasts who need excellent flexibility on the beam and floor.

There are two types of flexibility: static and dynamic flexibility.

STATIC FLEXIBILITY:

Is the range of movement that a muscle or joint can achieve and is limited by the structure of bones and joints, as well as factors such as muscle size and muscle tone.
