Strength

Strength is a physical-related aspect of fitness. People think of strength as different things, it may be a weightlifter in an Olympic event, or a rugby player holding a scrum, either way we can see strength in all sports at varying degrees.

STRENGTH:

Is the ability of a specific muscle or muscle group to exert a force in a single maximal contraction.
