Anger Management

Anger is a natural feeling that can improve sports performance. This is why many sports performers try to get themselves 'pumped up' before a competition. By psychologically being ready for a competition can drastically improve your physical ability. This is caused by hormones in your body being released.

However, sometimes sports performers become over aggressive in competitions and this can cause performance to be effected negatively. To make this worse, becoming over aggressive can also have negative effects on behaviour and this can lead to inappropriate behaviour.
